Perch Zeytuntsyan is an Armenian playwright and screenwriter who served as Minister of Culture of Armenia from 1990 to 1991. Zeytuntsyan was born in Alexandria, Egypt in 1938. In the aftermath of World War II, his family moved to Soviet Armenia during a period of intense economic hardship.
